Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The secondary ledger for the XX books is not able to be selected for the TAX book but another secondary ledger is able to be selected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to select the newly created XX secondary ledger for the setup of the TAX book.
