Information in this document applies to any platform.
"Override E-mail Recipient" value in profile option "Control supplier communication" should not impact B2B flow.
When you set up "Override E-mail Recipient" option for the "Control supplier communication" profile and then define the test mail address in the "Override E-mail Address" profile, to prevent suppliers with communication method =e-mail from receiving test e-mails.
The B2B-enabled supplier (sites) are also impacted by this profile. When we define the "Override E-mail Recipient" option, B2B is never called by the PO Approval composite.
We want to implement the new profile as I believe it is intended - to control emails. But we would like you to allow B2B calls as this is not an email, which is not possible.
