All LDAP Processes Are Taking Several Hours To Run And Timing out

Information in this document applies to any platform.
All LDAP processes (Send Pending LDAP Requests, Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes, Send Personal Data for Multiple Users to LDAP) are taking several hours to run (4-20+ hours) and the process log reports time out
Steps to verify:
1. Login to fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Scheduled Processes -> Schedule New Process -> Search and submit Send Pending LDAP Requests
the process will take hours to finish
3. Once the process finishes, open its log file
sometime Time out is reported there
customer loaded lots of terminated employees.
