Goal

Can we restrict manual Hold release with custom roles? What duty is responsible for releasing the hold?

We cannot set Allow Manual Release = NO without setting Allow Holds Resolution Routing = Yes

When "Allow Manual Release" is checked, I can check/uncheck "Allow Holds Resolution Routing"
When "Allow Manual Release" is unchecked, I cannot access "Allow Holds Resolution Routing" as it s grayed out
