Symptoms

Items are not coming in search parameters

In Manage order->Schedules, when search in Item List of Values (LOV) no results are returned.
In Create Order and Edit Order, Items are returned.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigator: Procurement > Purchasing
2. Task: Manage Orders
3. Click Schedules tab.
4. Click LOV for Item.
5. Click Advanced.
6. Enter search criteria and click Search.
7. Get : "No rows to display"
