Symptoms

After "Process Single Eligibility Document" is used for an employee which is not eligible to the document, the user needs to sign out and then sign in again to be able to modify the new Eligibility Document.

If the user doesn't sign out, the Eligibility Document is not displayed when it uses the functionality "Change Eligibility.
