Third Party Involuntary Payment Extract Exceptions

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to Customer submitting the Third Party involuntary extract exception report and it is returning errors for address
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin > run all necessary archiving
2. Submit process report
3. Select to run Third-Party Involuntary Payment Extract
4. Employees erroring, using the Regular prepayments.
