Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We are adding payment methods for an Employee (US LDG). We have three payment types available in the Payment Type list of values (LOV). Here we could able to add payment methods for Payment types Check and Direct Deposit. And for Direct Deposit user could see the bank detail entry attributes. This is perfect.
Now User tried to add payment method for 'International Transfer', after selecting the Payment Type 'International Transfer' then user could not populating the bank details attributes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to add bank details while adding International transfer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. About Me > Personal Information > Payroll .
2. Select Payment Type 'International Transfer'.
3. Bank details do not appear.
