Current User Cannot Submit Contract After Changing The Owner (Doc ID 2274996.1)

Issue when changing owner of Contract

When the current owner of a contract wants to change the owner to another person he can create an amendment (new version) and change all the details but he can't save or submit it.

The contract ID or contract line ID is invalid. (OKC-195583)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Change the Owner of the Contract

2. If clicking on SAVE - user directly looses his access to the contract and the new owner needs to go in and submit it.

3. If clicking SUBMIT directly the attached error message occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have access on a Contract once the Contract owner is changed.
