Symptoms
When trying to create a Supplier bank account, the following error message is received:
"Enter a value less than or equal to 10 characters for the Account number (CE-660079)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Supplier Site
2. Create Bank account XX99BANK1234567890
3. Enter the account number of 18 digits, the above error is received
