Unexpected/Incorrect Paternity Results (Doc ID 2277517.1)

When configuring Paternity Birth Plan the document states the calendar UOM needs to be set as 'calendar'. We however have employees on a work day pattern and when adding a Paternity record we are getting unexpected results. How does the paternity plan handle calendar and working day employees, because it's stating 12 days SPP on this absence, but it should only be 10 for this employee.

There also appears to be an issue with the occupational scheme were there is 0.7 days appearing in the plan at 0% payable. The duration of the absence is 10 working days and this is already recorded as a 100% on the plan, so not sure why 0.7 is there too?
The plan is created in calendar days as per the guide, but not all employees are on a calendar day work pattern. As a result the SPP days is greater than the actual time off.

The plan doesn't seem to reference the work pattern as expected.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot continue with the Paternity Birth absence setup.
