Symptoms
When trying to receive the Purchase Order from My Receipts, users cannot find some PO's
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to find the PO from My Receipts screen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications as PO requester.
2. Navigate to My Receipts
3. Search for the PO on Receive items page
4. Login into Fusion Applications as Warehouse Manager.
5. Navigate to Warehouse Operations > Receipts > Receive Expected Shipments.
6. PO available to receive but user getting Error: Invalid Code Combination.
