Not Able to Receive Some POs in My Receipt

When trying to receive the Purchase Order from My Receipts, users cannot find some PO's
Expect to find the PO from My Receipts screen
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications as PO requester.
2. Navigate to My Receipts
3. Search for the PO on Receive items page cannot find
4. Login into Fusion Applications as Warehouse Manager.
5. Navigate to Warehouse Operations > Receipts > Receive Expected Shipment.
6. PO available to receive, however, user getting Error: Invalid Code Combination.
