Oracle Fusion Benefits: Receiving Attribute Phone Type In Phone EO Is Required While Exiting the Phone Number Entry Screen (Doc ID 2280113.1)

When attempting to add a Contacts Phone Number in Benefits Self Service, the following error occurs.

*Attribute Phone Type in Phone EO is Required
*Attribute Phone Number in Phone EO is Required

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Benefits Self Service
2. Add a contact
3. Attempt to add a Phone Number to the contact
4. Receive the error

Phone numbers cannot be added to contacts
