Symptoms

When clicking on "Add to Requisition" the line is not added to Requisition cart


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchase Requisitions -> Non Catalog Requisitions
2. Fill in the required details
3. Click on Add to Requisition button
