Unable to see the notes immediately after they are created (Doc ID 2285336.1)

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Whenever creating a note (on Account or Opportunity, for example), the note is not immediately seen after hitting 'Save and Close'. You need to go to other sub-tab of the object or choose another value from the 'Show' FCL of Note sub-tab and only then the newly created note will show up.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Note should be immediately seen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. SUI->open an account -> go to Notes sub-tab;
2. Create new note -> click on Save and Continue;
3. The newly created note does not show up immediately; if you go to other sub-tabs or just switch the 'Show' FCL from Note sub-tab, only then will show up.
