Approver's Not Getting Line Details (Doc ID 2286266.1)

Goal

Approver's not getting Line Details - they can't approve also except notification action-reject.
Bell notifications also sometimes do not work and also approve button is not working.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO and submit for approval
2. Approver receives a bell notification
3. When trying to view the notification sometimes it is not accessible,
a) approve button is not working at times
b) Line details are missing
c) Bell notification itself unable to open at times
