Symptoms

When attempting to access any setup task on Setup and Maintenance page e.g. Manage Role Provisioning Rules task the following error occurs.

  

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to fusion application, click Navigator -> Setup and Maintenance
2. Search and open task Manage Role Provisioning Rules
3. Click Navigator -> Tools : Scheduled Processes
You will get an error
