Goal

While trying to set up PGP following note "Fusion Applications BI Publisher : How to Configure Public/Private key encryption for delivery from BI Publisher to FTP Servers - PGP Key Upload + FAQ" (Doc ID 1987283.1) for a Fusion Applications Cloud environment the PGP Keys link from step 5 is missing in the Administration -> Manage BI Publisher (under BI Publisher section) -> Security Center section.
