Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Create Requisition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to find agreements when using Requisition line entry

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to select open agreements when using Requisition Line entry

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create BPA, and approve it
2. Go to Requisition Line entry, enter Category, on Agreement field user is not able to find the agreement.
