Error Message When Click Into 'Pending Approvals' After Submitting Requisition (Doc ID 2289159.1)

Symptoms

Error message when click into 'Pending Approvals' immediately after submitting requisition

 'The approvals information is currently not available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. User Submits Requisition
2. User is directed back to 'Purchase Requisitions' Dashboard, and a message pops up to say Requisition successfully submitted, click OK
3. User scrolls down to 'My Requistions' panel at bottom of page
4. Click into 'Pending Approval' status of the requisition that has just been submitted
5. Error message appears saying 'The approvals information is currently not available' and the page does not load

Note, if user logs out or leaves page, they are able to go back into page and click into Pending Approval without any error
