ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If 'Restrict to Invited Supplier' checkbox is unchecked, then all supplier in the System are allowing to see the RFQ and action on it.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All suppliers should not be able to see the RFQ.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Negotiation ('Uncheck the Restrict to Invited Supplier' check box)
2. Submit for approval
3. Once it is approved, log in with any Supplier user credentials and search for RFQ.
4. any supplier user able to access it and action.
