Symptoms
When submitting the PO for approval, user encounters an error.
Error
"Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in evaluating routing slip. Check the underlying exception and correct the error in the routing slip."
In EM, the following error is raised:
RUL-05921: The parent object of type "Rule Set" with name "TermsApprovalHierarchy2Rules" has more than one "Rule" with alias "XX"
