On : Release 11 version, SA - Saudi Arabia Legislation

When attempting to run Quick Pay for a terminated employee the following error occurs.

Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship 50-1.
An error occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME. (ETNAME=Gratuity)
An error occurred when processing formula SA_GRATUITY_CALCULATION.
An error occurred during formula execution. Contact your help desk. (ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=) (FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=Formula SA_GRATUITY_CALCULATION, line 164, too many rows returned. (3=PAY_INTERNAL_LOG_WRITE))
Formula SA_GRATUITY_CALCULATION, line 164, too many rows returned.
Cost allocation structure is not defined.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate employee
2. Run Quick pay
3. Error occurs
