Symptoms

When attempting to run Quick Pay for a terminated employee, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship 50-1.
An error occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME. (ETNAME=Gratuity).
An error occurred when processing formula SA_GRATUITY_CALCULATION.
An error occurred during formula execution. Contact your help desk. (ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=) (FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=Formula SA_GRATUITY_CALCULATION, line 164, too many rows returned. (3=PAY_INTERNAL_LOG_WRITE)).

Cost allocation structure is not defined.



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate employee.
2. Run Quick pay.
3. Error occurs.
