Receiving FBDI Error: An application error occurred while validating lots or serials numbers (Doc ID 2291167.1)

Symptoms

 While using "ReceivingReceiptImportTemplate" FBDI to create receipts for open POs, getting the below error

"An error occurred for the transaction line XX.
Progress : WMSINB-23166, Lot: XXXXXX
An error occurred for the transaction line XX.
An application error occurred while validating lots or serials numbers. Your help desk was notified".

When user going to rectify the error through "Review Receipt Interface" ADFDI spreadsheet, not getting any column/field to rectify the lot and serial numbers.
