Symptoms

  Manager name is not displayed in OIM console for some users after HDL data load, the issue stay even after running Send Personal Data for Multiple Users to LDAP for all users

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to OIM console, click Administration
2. Search and open the user
You can see the manage field is empty
