Error occurs when users click "approve" or "reject" in the approval  notification

"An error occurred. Use the Worklist work area to perform the same action on this notification"

Also, the notification is not updated when action is completed. For example, after users approve an action from the bell icon and then refresh, the notification still appears.

How to resolve this issue?
