Export to Excel does not work properly

After May 2017 update bundle, when customer tries to export reports into excel , date is converted to number format. They did not have any problems with the export function of reports before and the reports have not been modified.

When they try to export a report in excel they receive two error messages. After the two error message Excel is able to open the files. However all fields including a date appear as a number

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export report to excel
2. In the exported file, the format of Date columns is changed and shows as number.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see dates properly in exported excel files.
