Fusion Compensation: How to Post two action reasons for same Compensation Plan? (Doc ID 2295056.1)

Goal

When Configuring a plan , the Action is set as 'Allocate Workforce Compensation' and the action reason as 'Merit'.
When a person gets promoted during the cycle with a new Job and Tier for that plan the data gets posted back to the HR. How can we show the action reason as 'Promotion'?
