Associated Worker Manager In Security Console Is Not Correct

After an user's manager is changed, the old manager is still shown in security console
Steps to reproduce:
0. Change an user's manager in fusion application
1. Click Navigator -> Person Management -> Search person -> Verify the correct manager information
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Security console -> Users -> Search user -> View manager Information
You will see security console still display old manager
4 Run synchronization processes, but the issue is still there
