Unable to Override/Retrieve Requisition Charge Account Natural Account Segment based on Employee Charge Account Cost Center Segment.
Mapping Set for Charge Account, Natural Account Segment based on Purchasing, Employee Charge Account Cost Center Segment does not work. Natural Account Segment is not being overwritten.
If you attempt to set up a default value, the line is blanked out and an error message is returned:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Manage Mapping Set and set up a mapping set as follows
for segment = natural account
select source = purchasing, employee charge account , cost center
output = charge account , natural account
set up values
2. Go to Manage Account Rules and set up 2 rules:
2.1. combination rule
type = combination
source = employee charge account
conditions = blanks
2.2. segment rule
type = segment
source = mapping set and select this mapping set created in step 1
conditions = blanks
3. Go to Manage Transaction Account Definition, go to Charge Account section and select
Charge account combination = combination rule
Charge account natural account segment = segment rule
Save and Activate TAD.
4. Go to Shop page, enter a requisition.
Notice that the Employee Charge Account defaults into the Charge Account (combination rule worked), but the natural account is not being overwritten (segment rule does not work).
