Unable To See Legal Entities In Transaction Type (Doc ID 2298194.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.12.1.0.0 version, Receivables Transaction Type. When attempting to assign a specific Legal Entity to a transaction type, the Legal Entity drop down is blank.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to be able to select a legal entity


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Setup and Maintenance
3. Query by Task: Manage Receivables Transaction Types
4. Create a new transaction type
5. Try to select legal entity values and observed there is not values on the list of values
