ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Salary Information not filling in when creating pending worker

Post R12 Upgrade, the new hire comes to Fusion and you can see the salary information initially, but when you get to the salary train stop, it's not filled in. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create pending worker from Taleo transfer
2. Salary shows in Taleo, but does not show in 'compensation and other information' train stops.
