Goal

When employee, manager or HR are looking at a talent profile, they can only see macro information related to content type. To get more details, they have to (1) click on “Edit” whereas they don’t want to make any modification or update of the content type, and then (2) click on the arrow in front of the content type label to extend the details. This concerns all the content types under Skills and qualifications, but also the Career planning section under the Person spotlight. For instance the careers of interests are only displayed after clicking on Edit, which is not user friendly at all, as the employee does not even know what information they can expect to find. Employees, managers and HR should be able to see the spotlight information at a glance.
