'No Data was Retrieved' message during sales order creation after Patch bundle 8 in R12 instances (Doc ID 2298678.1)

Symptoms

After the application of Release 12.1 Patch Bundle 8, if you have Global Order Promising sourcing rule assignments at a Global, Region or Zone, Demand Class, Customer, or Customer and Customer Site level, Global Order Promising will not return scheduling results.

You may see the following error messages during order processing:

-'No Data was Retrieved' message while entering item in a sales order line
-Scheduling Error : Order Promising did not schedule the fulfillment line. (DOO-2685281) Cause : The sourcing rule or assignment is missing for the item, customer and organization combination
