Auto Invoice Association Is Not Working If Multiple Charges Are Specified In Trade Operations

Auto Invoice Association is not working if multiple charges are specified in Trade Operations
Customer wants to match both the charge lines with the one invoice line as this invoice line amount reflects amounts of both the charges together.
If they confirm association of one charge then other charge association gets deleted.
Is there any way to match both charges to one invoice line ?
