Symptoms
When trying to view Response PDF report in excel format the following error occurs:
Error:
The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly.
Java.lang.NullPointerException
Java.lang.NullPointerException
Steps:
- Go to BI publisher and change the output format of ResponsePDFGenerateReport.rtf to excel.
- Open a Negotiation.
- Select the response and click action View Response PDF.
