Purchase Order > Line Tab/ Edit Line page/UI: Project Details/Project Fields/Project Information Are Not Listed

Edit Line UI/page
Project Details/Project Fields/Project Information are not displayed in Line Tab/Edit Line page UI in few purchase orders.
In Configure: Project Financial Management, Project Costing Implementation Status shows Implemented,
Same user (Implementation User) can see Project Details in few purchase orders, but not in others.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to Purchase Order UI/page > Lines tab or Edit Line UI/page and review Project Details section.
Notice the the Project Details/ Project fields are not displayed.
