On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub
RealTime Duplication Identification is not operating as expected.
Customer has an object called "Supplier".
This is an Organization with the party usage code set to "SUPPLIER"
Customer has set EDQ Mapping:
eid1 = "PartyUsageCode"
When the customer creates a matching record in Account, the Real-Time Duplication Identification fires, indicating a match.
Customer would expect that this would not be a match, since the account would have a different "PartyUsageCode" than the supplier,
However, a match is found.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Account
Create an account that matches an existing supplier
EDQ finds supplier as a match.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot prevent the user-base from potentially merging suppliers with accounts
