Merged Cells for Header Row Not Aligned Correctly in ADFDI Spreadsheet After Unchecking 'Required' for DFF Global Segment

In Rel11, you have added a Global Segment to the Transactions descriptive flexfield (DFF) as an alternate solution as per instructions in
Error ADF_FACES-60097 Prompted When Navigating to "Add Asset'' (Doc ID 2253864.1).
Now in Rel12, you have unchecked the 'Required' option and removed the default value for this global segment as it is no longer needed.
When using Adjust Assets in Spreadsheet > Cost and rules change, the 'Current Financial Details' and 'New Financial Details' merged cells are
not aligned with the spreadsheet columns as they were prior to the change.
