How are Member Names Generated in Essbase

Goal
Created some FR reports in the Test environment and migrated them to the Production environment following steps in Note 2024010.1 How To Move FR Reports Between Environments.
When opening the reports in Production the following error is received:
It was noticed that in the Production environment, some members are different from the test environment.
Example:
TEST: [Company] @ [311]
PROD: [All Company Values]. [311]
And that causes the issue.
Would like to know why the member names between Test and Production are different.
