Search Button in Location Filter Not Working in Create Mass Transfers Page

Search button is not working for Location Filter in Create Mass Transfers page.
For Search functionality to return possible location combinations based on segment value(s) entered.
Steps to reproduce
1. Assets > Transfer Assets > Mass Tab
2. Select Book
3. Click Next button
4. Enter Transaction Group, etc.
5. Click Location Filter under General Tab
6. Add segment value
7. Click Search button
8. Nothing returned
