When attempting to submit plan document approval, the following error occurs.
Unable to reconnect due to unknown exception, this unable to perform SOAP request.
Failed to load PDF document
1. Submit plan document using Mass Approval process
Navigator > Participant Assignments > Manage Plan Document Distribution Requests
2. View process and confirm job completed
3. Open plan document and get error or process just spins
Navigator > Participant Snapshots > query up participant > Manage Compensation Plan > click on the Plan Document
