On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Purchasing Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Punchout Catalog - "XYZ" Image is not displayed on the Shopping Home page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Punchout Catalog - "XYZ" to be displayed on the Shopping Home page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Browsing Catalog using Manage Catalog Hierarchy Page.
2. Create a Punchout Catalog
3. Associate the Browsing catalog Created in Step 1 to Punchout Catalog
4. Create a Content Zone and add the Punchout Catalog and grant access to the Req Business Unit
5. Login as a requester of the Requisition BU used in Step 4
