Customer scheduled process Autoprovision Roles for All Users to run daily, since June 12, the process is kept failing



Steps to verify:

1. Login to fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Scheduled Processes
3. Search and check process Autoprovision Roles for All Users
All recent run ended as Error
