Fixed Asset Prorate Calendar And Asset Calendar Sync Up (Doc ID 2309247.1)

Goal

We have below prorate calendar requirement
The prorate calendar will be month basis but the start date should start from the end date of the last calendar month.
For example:
From 31-Jul-2017 to 30-Aug-2017 will be Aug-17 Prorate period
From 31-Aug-2017 to 29-Sep-2017 will be Sep-17 Prorate period

In the Asset system option ,Oldest date of place is service will be 31-Aug-2012
Asset calendar to be defined as regular calendar - For example
01-Jan-2017 TO 31-Jan-2017 will be Jan-17 Period

How can configure the system like this and it will not create any issue with depreciation run ?
