RFQ Error: 'the File Was Not Downloaded or Was Not Downloaded Correctly' While Opening Supplier/Buyer PDF

Symptoms

When trying to view  Supplier PDF in an RFQ, the following error occurs:

Error
The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly
java.lang.NullPointerException

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create RFQ
2. Publish RFQ
3. Actions/View Supplier

 

Changes

 Report object directly modified. RTF template got corrupted.
