Change Of E-mail For A Contact With A User Account Does Not Update User E-mail In OIM

Using Supplier Portal Supplier User Modifies the Email address of a contact
Supplier Portal > Tasks > Supplier Profile > Manage Profile) and submits a
supplier profile change request

Supplier Administrator then Approves the Supplier Profile Change Request
User email address changes reflected in Supplier Portal
But in OIM it is still showing Old email address

Are there any setting required to update contact user account E-mail field in OIM?
