FA: SCM: OM: ER: Web Service Hold Functionality to Match UI Hold Features (Doc ID 2313706.1)

Holds applied using the RequestHold Operation on the - ReceiveOrderRequestService webservice - apply holds on all tasks on the fulfillment line. The behaviour is different from holds applied at the Order Management UI.

When the hold is applied using the web service, it puts all tasks in progress on hold. When applying the same hold from the UI, the user has the an option of specifying whether the tasks in progress are to be put on hold or not.

This behavior is described in :- FA: SCM: OM: Using Webservices to Apply and Release Holds in Order Management (Doc ID 2227679.1)

In addition to this the hold can only be released by invoking the ReleaseHold operation on the webservice.

A business requirement has been described where:

1. The webservice should allow the option to check the Hold definition to validate the tasks at which the hold should get applied and not be applied for all the service as the case right now.
3. Users should be able to release hodls applied through the web service from the Order Management UI.
