PRC:POZ:Supplier User Cannot Access Data In New Merged Supplier Record

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Supplier ABC was merged into Supplier DEF.
Although it appears that UserID JOHN.DOE@ABC-DEF.COM was moved with the merge to Supplier DEF, that ID cannot access the data in DEF; it is still pointing back ABC, which is now inactive.
Due to this issue, Supplier users cannot access data and manage supplier purchasing documents.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Merge Supplier to another Supplier
2. Find that Supplier user cannot access data in new merged Supplier record.
