When attempting to use FA configuration package_daily prorate conventions upload .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

As per Doc ID 2049651.1 , I saw that it is possible to use configuration package with delivered templates to load FA setup.
In my case I want to avoid enter manually daily prorate conventions ( the oldest date placed in service is 01/01/1951), so that why I used the oracle template "CalendarAndConventions_high_volume.xlsm"
but got an error.

I need the steps to use configuration package to upload Daily calendar.
